  • Yale WiFi Keypad Door Locks on front, rear, and interior garage door.  

No keys needed, ever.

  • Fully integrated, live monitored Security System.  

Features 5 exterior and 3 interior cameras, controlled manually inside the house, by voice inside the house, and via a remote app from anywhere.  App includes ability to arm and disarm remotely, see live pictures, and lock and unlock front, rear and garage door.  Doors can also be locked and unlocked by voice inside the house.

  • Built-in Viking Professional Refrigerator/freezer.  

The home was built with a smaller, entry-level Viking refrigerator (Viking 3 Series) that was not built-in.  This was removed, and replaced with a full Viking Professional Built-in unit, installed by Pacific Sales. It had to be craned in through the balcony!

  •  Power Outlets the Kitchen Cupboards.
